2022 Elections Update

2022 New Hampshire Election Dates

September 13, 2022 – Primary Election
November 8, 2022 – General Election

Remember, there are two ways you can register to vote in New Hampshire, you can:

Register to vote at your local city or town clerk’s office at least 10 days before the date of the primary or general election; or
Register to vote at your polling place on election day

The Power of the Disability Vote

Turnout Has Increased

One in five Americans, including nineteen percent of likely voters, experience a disability. They, along with their families, friends and allies, vote. A recent Rutgers University study noted that between the 2018 and 2020 elections, voter turnout among people with disabilities surged by 5.9 points, surpassing the increase among voters without disabilities. This data shows that candidates ignore us at their own peril.

The Disability Voter Gap Persists

If people with disabilities voted at the same rate as those without disabilities, an additional 1.75 million votes would be cast. Make sure yours is one of them. Learn about the candidates and cast your vote. Remember to contact us if you think your voting rights have been violated or if you would like to schedule an education and information session about your rights as a voter with disabilities.
