- Complete and submit HUD’s Report Housing Discrimination Form.
- You can submit the form online or by mail within one year of the act of discrimination.
File a complaint with the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights (HRC)
- Go to HRC’s website or call the Intake Department at 603-271-2767.
- Complete and submit their online Housing & Commercial Property Intake Questionnaire.
- Submit your complaint as directed and within 180 days of the act of discrimination.
