Assistive Technology – Recreation

All About Assistive Technology and Recreation

Talk to your doctor, physical therapist, or occupational therapist, to find the right assistive technology for your needs. They can assess your situation, recommend the most suitable device, and provide training on how to use it safely and effectively.

The Importance of Recreation

Assistive technology in the world of recreation includes a wide variety of devices, specialized equipment, and modifications that assist with activities, sports, and hobbies. Being active and doing things you enjoy is important for your body, mind, and emotions. Using assistive devices can make these activities easier and more accessible.
