- Free legal advice and assistance with disability-related legal issues
- Legal representation on a sliding fee scale (free for most)
- Class action litigation to create system-wide change
- Policy change through legislative and administrative efforts
- Investigations of abuse or neglect of individuals with disabilities
- Monitoring the rights and safety of disabled people in facilities and schools
- Outreach, training, and community engagement
