NH House Moves to One Granite Place (Temporarily)

The Legislative Office Building (LOB) will be closed for the 2025–2026 legislative session.

During this time, the Senate will continue to operate from the State House (SH) but House meetings and hearings will take place at:

1 Granite Place
Concord, NH 03301

It is VERY important to know whether you are testifying at a Senate hearing or a House hearing because while the LOB is under construction, these will no longer be within short walking distance of each other. If you plan to testify at multiple hearings, you may have to travel the one mile back and forth between the State House and One Granite Place.

How To Access Temporary House Meeting Rooms at 1 Granite Place, Concord, NH 03301

  1. Turn onto Granite Place and follow the main drive.

  2. At the fork, take a left toward the South Building.

  3. Park in the lot in front of the building.

  4. Enter through the main entrance under the long concrete awning.

  5. Inside the large lobby, do not stop at the reception desk.

  6. Go through the double doors on the left to reach the hallway to the House Meeting Rooms.

To reach the 2nd floor:

  • From the lobby, enter the Department of Justice (first glass door on your right).

  • Turn left for the bathrooms, or right to reach the elevator.

Staff will be available at all times to help with questions or directions.
