Access for All: The ADA and the Outdoors

On July 28th, the New Hampshire environmental and disability communities came together to celebrate both the 30th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the future trail build of an accessible trail at The Nature Conservancy’s Manchester Cedar Swamp Preserve. Panelists and attendees discussed how we can make the great outdoors more accessible for individuals with disabilities and what efforts are currently underway to do so.
