Disability Rights Center of New Hampshire
Pamela Phelan was recently recognized by the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association (NHWBA) as one of their amazing SHERO honorees, members of the NHWBA who are admired, serve as role models and have been nominated by their peers and colleagues. The nominees include both young and veteran attorneys, and those who work as solo practitioners, at large firms, and in the public sector.

Disability Rights Center – New Hampshire is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating barriers for people with disabilities across New Hampshire. DRC is the federally designated protection and advocacy agency for New Hampshire and has authority under federal law to conduct investigations in cases of probable abuse or neglect.
