Kelly, a woman with disabilities called us for help after a mental health crisis at work. She was scared that her supervisor would think she could no longer do the job she loved. She was confused about her rights and how to ask for the support she needed to be successful at work. Our attorney explained her rights according to the ADA, what questions her employer could ask about her disability, and how to ask for an accommodation. With this information, Kelly was able to advocate for herself to get the supports she needed to further her career.
