Disability Rights Center of New Hampshire
This year, we provided legal advice or representation to almost 600 people with disabilities across the state in areas like special education, accessibility, employment discrimination, home and community-based services and Medicaid, but we cannot help everyone who asks for our help.
With input from you and other people with disabilities, family members and advocates, we’ll select the issues and areas that are most critical to include in our 2020-2021 priorities.
Disability Rights Center – New Hampshire is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating barriers for people with disabilities across New Hampshire. DRC is the federally designated protection and advocacy agency for New Hampshire and has authority under federal law to conduct investigations in cases of probable abuse or neglect.
