Justice in School Discipline

Through our Justice in School Discipline project we investigate harmful trends relating to the high rates of exclusionary discipline of students with disabilities throughout NH. We also advocate for change to ensure that all students with disabilities receive the education and support they are entitled to under the law.

Is your child being unfairly disciplined at school because of their disability? Have they been:

  • Suspended?
  • Expelled?
  • Forced into shortened school days or home-based instruction?
  • Restrained or secluded?
