We are actively seeking a part or full-time intake attorney to join our team in the fight to protect and expand the rights of people with disabilities across the state.This is primarily a non-litigation position representing and advising people with disabilities in individual matters involving disability-related civil rights issues. This position will include cases involving a wide range of disability legal issues.

This is primarily a litigation position representing people with disabilities in individual and systemic matters involving disability-related civil rights issues in administrative proceedings, and in state and federal courts.
